Grace Kushan joins Employment Solutions’ Direct Hire team as a Technical Recruiter based in Denver. Grace builds lasting partnerships with clients nationwide and matches candidates with their ideal roles in various industries.
Grace’s extensive experience in recruiting and talent acquisition spans across various industries, with a significant focus on the aerospace, space, and defense sectors. Her diverse background includes a tenure as a Talent Acquisition Partner for Sierra Space and recruiting for numerous large technology companies and start-ups in Silicon Valley.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children and her pup, JellyBean! Grace feeds her hunger for learning by delving into cultural events, traveling, and visiting museums. She dedicates her free time to volunteering for local Colorado community events, Veterans’ causes, and her church. When she’s not volunteering Grace enjoys scrapbooking and participating in exercise classes.
