Isabel has strong problem solving, organizational and customer service skills, and candidates easily relate to her friendly demeanor. As a recruiter, she designs job descriptions, sources candidates, reviews resumes, conducts interviews and manages client relationships.
Before joining Employment Solutions, formerly Gould Staffing, she gained experience in the service industry, where she was quickly promoted to a role that included interviewing and operations responsibilities.
Outside of the office Isabel enjoys cooking, reality TV and snuggling her bulldog, “Big Poppa”.
